Let me explain my situation. I purchased a CB6000S. I used the largest 2" ring because anything smaller seems to cut blood flow which I hear is bad. My ball sac is weird. I see pics of guys with a taut sac that prevents the penis from growing. In my situation, the penis grows in the cage almost to full length, it drags the balls along with it and my sac is so stretched. I want to prevent my penis from growing, not dragging the balls along!
If your balls can be drawn so far that a full erection is possible even within the CB6000s you must have really low hanging balls without the CB. Maybe you should try adding a ballstretcher.
I hope someone understands the exact problem. I have a small penis, say 4 1/2 inch. My ball sac is not usually very saggy as mentioned. But once you put the ring on and lock up the device, the penis grows, the sac gets pulled and never goes back to taut again. Since the sac is pulled the ring is positioned somewhere halfway along the shaft. So part from base to half of my penis shaft is outside the device entirely and half-to-tip region is inside. Weirdly, when I cool down, the part of my penis inside the cage shrinks, but the device will not pull itself up (if you know what I mean). It just hangs down, with half dick still outside. Thoughts? Any one faced this? I have never used a ball stretcher. I must confess that I intend to keep it as discrete as possible (not an open guy). But half of the stiff cock still be outside. How will ball stretcher help? Will It cut off blood supply and prevent testicle rise and fall on long duration? I do not wish even a little blood supply cut off. I'm scared about it. Kindly Help me.

See how the base half is outside the cage, and the tip half is inside the cage. Also note how the balls spread out and rub with the thighs, when I walk. Need to solve these two issues.
I know exactly what you mean @intofemdom, and have experienced this myself. It's a very basic limitation of any trapped ball device. The erection will push against the cage and the cage will push down the ball sac. It can definitely be painful, especially if it occurs overnight. Some would say that the pain is a negative reinforcement to stop having erections. I am not sure what your concern or goal is? If you want to be able to be fully erect in the cage without the pulling, move to the standard CB6000. You are probably on the borderline in terms of size since the CB6000s is about 3.5 inches. If you want to be restricted from having full erections, then you have to mentally recognize the stretching in your balls and divert the mind or wake up from your sleep and deal with it. As far as minimizing the pain, I can massage and pull the ball sac back out and relive the pressure temporarily while the penis deflates. Let me know if you have any other questions that I did not address.
I read that some people have a taut scrotum. When the penis tries to grow, the balls dont stretch a lot and just pain occours. In my case instead of the sac remaining taut, and pain mentally conditioning me, My penis grows to full size, the scrotum stretches, and the device slides down. No pain. ! I DO NOT want to get a full erection.
The only solution that I can offer is that as your scrotum gets stretched more (as mine does), you will need to step down in ring size. Now there may be too much pinching, but when your device consistently rides down lower as shown in the photo, you will need to reduce the ring and it will no longer be as pinched. I now use the smallest ring available and the smallest gap size available. It still rides down, but not as much.

I've recently started wearing a CB-6000S. Anything but the largest ring felt tool small, so the first time I put it on, I used the largest ring, pinched my member and cut myself. I was convinced I needed a larger ring. I ordered the two larger rings that are available for the device. Both were comfortable, but I slipped out of them. I went back to the 2" ring for a week, and then slipped out of that. Now I am wearing the 1 7/8" ring and it's completely comfortable. I'll continue to wear this unless I have circulation issues or I slip out. Just keep trying!
you could try and tie a shoelace or something to the ring on one side and pull it behind Your back and tie it to the ring on the other side, tie it tight so the ring stay Close to Your body. it helped me from the nasty 5 o clock pain.
To stop the dreaded ball stretching, the ring must be rather tight, I'm afraid. It might feel quite uncomfortable to begin with but the pain will lessen as you get used to it.
