thiss is just for some advice im 18 and ive bening having issues sleeping not cuase of chastity and not cuase of how i sleep i get to snuggle with kendra all night in a huge queen size mattres that we barely even take up a third but the last few months most nighta i just cant sleep and ive already talked to my doctor and he thinks it might be sleep anxity i dont know just the meds dont help any advice plz any one i really want to sleep
i am so very sorry to hear that you are not sleeping well boy12. i am 52 but age does not really play a role in this issue. i have sleep apnea which doesn't help. the sleep apnea CPAP breathing machines don't really help me either. i've never seen a doctor to diagnose what else may be the cause but i can't seem to shut my brain down. stresses, obvious caused ones and those that are not even thought of as normal causes for stress seem to be my personal diagnosed problem. while not the optimum solution for your lovely situation, mmmmm Ms Kendra, i have found i can sleep a little better if i leave my TV on. it distracts my thoughts with basically white noise and allows my mind to go blank, shut down, escape. very best wishes boy12 and please stay well.
thanks all but lately ive been hearng nose when i sleep but wake up and find literal nithing but thats problem from not sleeping i will try the milk idea see if that helps if not i will try the meds another night

@Chastity boy12 Hi welcome to CM Definitely it's all about calming down and stopping looking at computers of any kind for an hour or so before you go to sleep. . It's the strong blue light from the screens stimulate the brain into think it's the blue light of dawn , so you wake up at the wrong time . Xx Wendy
i leave the radio on low. as my problem is if it's too quiet i can't settle and go to sleep. doesn't matter whats on just need a little noise
Maybe do some sports in the early evening. I've noticed, when I run in the evenings, I fall faster and deeper a sleep.
When I was a kid and couldn't sleep my mother (who is a very wise person) used to tell me that I shouldn't worry because, no matter what, I was giving my body some rest and that was important. Thinking that way liberates you from the anxiety of not sleeping and, eventually, you end up drifting to sleep. I still think this way nowadays when I am having trouble falling asleep. Another thing that works is what they do in transcendental meditation: picture a scanner light that is scanning your body, starting from the tip of the toes towards your head. Focus on each part of your body as the light passes by, concentrating on relaxing that specific part. "Feel" the warmth of the light and move on only after you've completely relaxed that specific part... I've never been able to go further then my belly button. Hope this helps.
Dear Z, I'm sorry to hear that. It's not pleasant at all. If you're having trouble getting off to sleep then I would recommend Googling the words "progressive muscle relaxation". Find an easy exercise and try it out. If that doesn't help then perhaps try two more different ones. I've always had great success using Progressive Muscle relaxation techniques to get to sleep.
@Chastity boy12 I wish you well. I have similar issues myself .. Some nights no sleep one thing I used to have that worked was a sleep mask. You placed it next to a light bulb and it made the inside glow there was like a bright spot . you then put it over your eyes and focused your vision on the spot and I breathed deep and counted down from 100.. CB12 how you get on last sleep. also try some soft music in background see if you can set a timer turn player off. ipod has this under settings
Mistress has just bought new pillows and my one is lovely and soft and it help me sleep a lot better now.
