Yet Another Great Chinese Cage

    So, @TitaniumChastiTi has graciously agreed to make a couple of alterations to his already awesome Ti600 to give me a little more gap at the bottom that I need by trying to shape the base ring in a similar fashion. Since I came across a $30.00 Chinese cage that happens to fit the bill basically perfectly for me EXCEPT it has no PA, to make things easier the plan is for me to send him the device so he can pull measurements right from it.

    So, I grabbed another device that's the same, with some slight variations - solid sides and a flatter cross-sectioned base ring that's more like what the Ti devices use. Again, at only $31.00 expectations were low. But it was the same measurements as the one I have that fits well so I grabbed it so I could send one to him without being without a device while it's gone.

    It got here today and I'll be damned if it isn't even better than the first one! Turned out to be a tiny bit shorter but still good. And has an integrated lock which my other doesn't. Which is very nice.

    So now the plan is to order another one and send it straight to him. It's an even simpler design and should be easier to grab measurements from. We're very excited to get a high quality Ti600 with the measurements off of these which have proven to be good for me. And of course with the PA finally!

    Here's the new $31.00 device. Anyone interested in one let me know and I'll send link directly. The listing only had one base ring diameter option, but I sent a message asking for a 40mm and got an email back, "no problem" within a day. Great fast service for such a cheap device.

    While this new cage is awesome, I'm so excited for when I can finally see @Thatguyontheinternet in a @TitaniumChastiTi shiny new custom cage! Even more excited that he will be able to be to use his PA to be locked down securely with none of the rigging I have been doing with his non-PA cages lately!

    I'm really impressed with the similar device (using the same ring and lock but a longer cage with an end cage that takes an insert) which I'm currently using. It was discounted down to $14 so I bought a second one.

    I have only made two mods. I extended the right-hand edge of the tab on the lock pin so that the pin is held fully into the recess. This makes sure that the shear loads on the pin are not being carried by the pivot but entirely on the main part of the pin.

    I also took up the slight slack in the cage-ring fit by punched out two hard plastic discs that are a press fit in the locating pin holes. I then bored into these with a 3.5mm drill until I had the perfect fit. To be fair I didn't have any pinch issues before this mod but its nice to know there is no movement in the system.

    So a short session of teasing just ensued and OMG, I love this cage!!!! @Thatguyontheinternet HATES it! It's the first cage I have been able to get my mouth around ever and the frustration on his face was just priceless...also it stifles his hard-on quite well!

    It is kind of a love hate relationship we have with our cages. We search and experiment to find one that can be worn long term, is comfy etc....then we are like uh ohh, this thing is too perfect, it doesn't have to come off!!! Your device reminds me of the one I ordered from rigid chastity. Closed around shaft but open at the tip, kinda scared lol

    I have that cage as well. It is a great fitting cage. The base ring is awesome. I just hate how jagged that integrated lock is. So @TitaniumChastiTi is going to make you a Ti version of that cage? Hmmmm...

    Yes, but you can make a big difference with a bit of needle filing and application of wet&dry to take the sharp corners of the lock-pin's flag and the cut-outs it sits in. I'm thinking of making a cover out of thin HIP sheet to glue on to the flag of the pin and cover the lock area.

    @thefunone74 - the one I wear primarily, with the open sides that you're talking about, is off of amazon. Easy enough find searching, but if you can't, send @Thatgirl a message, she will find it again for you. She's the Amazon queen. Ebay's my game.

    FWIW I may have to let go of the one in this thread. Though we both really like it and the fit is amazing, it has about 5mm less gap than the open sided version and my ever-finicky balls didn't respond too well to the tighter space after a couple of days and some heavy teasing. Still glad I picked this one up though. It fits even better length-wise, so I've stored to measurement for later reference. Every piece of the puzzle helps!

    I just got that same cage! I'm loving it too! I had to open up the inside of the tube a bit but now it's a perfect fit and light. The cockring was a bit scary when it shows up though it was pretty rough. @Thatguyontheinternet was yours polished smooth enough when you got it?

    Probably wouldn't be too hard to add a bar to the front so a locking pa ring could be used with it. A couple of tacks with the welder and a quick polish would make that a pa friendly device.
