Turns out that a smaller cage and ring was necessary. I did not wear either for very long so they are almost-brand-new. Of course, they will be thoroughly cleaned with soap and water before shipping and I will provide the original bag. The only caveat is I cannot provide the lock and key. The lock is fine, but it turns out that their keys are not exactly rust-proof (and the locks are key-specific). This presents potential health problems that I will not pass on to a buyer. My asking price for the whole shebang is $150 (which also covers shipping). If you just want the cage or the ring, we can discuss terms. I won't sell outside the USA because that just costs a buttload. Sorry.
