Will i get any injuries while squatting with a cage on?

    There was an incident where the testes got squeezed out when i was squatting. I'm abit worried about injuries and the issue of hernias . Is there a medical professional here to verify it is okay to do heavy lifting while being locked up ?

    As you squat down it would make sent that your skin between your left would become tighter, but if you have the right gap distance between your ring and cage... you should be fine...

    If you are still having this issue there are three things to think about with your "sack"

    -First is mentioned about, the gap distance.
    -Second is the angle of the ring, you can get a ring that is more ergonomic shaped to the tilt of that area..
    -The last is the cut on the cage, you can get this to be an angled cut.

    Combining all three of these will make it next to impossible to hurt your sack or testicles... but the more room you give this area for your sack to drop through... the less "fool proof" your device is due to it being easier for you to "slip out of".

    1. Cage should not allow for balls to “pop” out. If they pop out with a 1/4 inch gap, you probably have some other issues to deal with.

    2. Cages are not always comfy. I have a nearly perfect cage for me...there are still pinching and squeezing moments occasionally.
    So if n closing, get a good fitting cage and you can do anything in it...except get hard.(minus cheating it)

    I think if you address fit issues like ring size and cage gap, you should be fine. I'd be more worried about other injuries from squats, as that is a stressful exercise, but that's mostly because i'm out of shape now. :)

    I deadlift and squat with my cage. Keep your shorts loose, the gap tight, and if possible, have it pointing in a more downward direction to avoid getting hung up on your shorts, or bumping the DL bar.

    I also find if I spread my knees very slightly more than normal too when I bend down, that defiantly helps with comfort :+1:

    there was a doctor on here once cos my Mistress chat to him and She asked him lots of thingys but i dont know if he still comes on anymore now and i forgot his name anyway. sorry.
