    I think my main interest in this is being able to keep a relatively femme front. One thing i dont really like about my CB is the bulging balls effect. Also the KTB's seem like they would be relatively easy to clean in the shower or bath, without removal.

    The non-metallic KTBs can be worn in the shower. I removed sissy's metallic one (and that was the one he wore for two years) for showers just because I didn't want the device to rust.

    If you want a smooth front, you may want to look into devices that tuck your penis between your legs. Some of these require piercing; some not.

    Well even though i've never dressed. I usually tuck up in tight briefs or knickers rather than erm hanging around. the effect isnt completely smooth buts its generally unobtrusive when i'm small, which i like. obviously you cant do that in most CB's.
