    Just wondering who else has to always wear one of the anti pull out pins with their mature metal devices? Mel makes me wear the spiked one 24/7, its long and I can now sleep thru the nights with it so am getting even longer ones made. One really long for short term very painful play :)

    Do they anti-pull out pins work well for you? are they effective? Im saving up for a mature metal now and Im not sure if I should get the anti-pullout system or not. Would not want to get one if they were not effective or If they were too painfull to wear 24/7
