When will Nina hit one year?

I do not recommend time reduced for serving you or pleasuring you, that is an expectation and not a reason for reduced time. Also, not for wearing a plug when she goes out, or good behavior, that should also be an expectation. Time reduction should be activity based, not normal expectation based. If behavior slips, still make her do an activity but do not take the time off. Maybe tally weekly and review with her as in "you earned X days off but your behavior slipped twice so I am reducing X by Y."

< 20 mins, - 2 days

Let her wait some time for reflection on her behaviour before you cane her. (Or she must cane herself in front of you)

Let her reduce the time maybe 1 hour per stroke.

Its the Chastity paradox: The more the man focuses on himself the less right to release he should earn.
