What kind of underwear you guys wear while you are locked in a chastity cage?

I wear them for comfort but my wife tells me they look good!

 

I am left commando when locked up. Beens I am not aloud any underwear period. She hasn’t started me with panties yet. And I don’t know if she is going to. I think she just like me staying naked at all times.

 

I wear man panties or sissy panties that i got from Amazon. They work great very comfy with pouch for caged package

 

I'm pretty varied. I still wear boxers every now and again but once those are worn out I won't buy anymore.

I wear Kingsley thongs, Bread and Boxer boxer briefs, and homemade panties off Etsy. All of those for the same reason - their support of the cage. I recently ordered some Jockey no panty line promise panties to try out but haven't worn them yet.

There is no choice for me to choose from in the poll. I wear a diaper 24/7. Bladder control issues dictate that. Also plastic incontinent pants.
The diaper actually supports my cage very nicely. No discomfort at all.

Tight Briefs, thongs, or jocks all work well for me, they hold everything in place and keep things comfy. I found boxers to be incredibly irritating as everything would keep shifting from side to side and cause irritation.
I did wear panties for a while to, but I found the lack of material to support my cage annoying.
I get a lot of my underwear from AliExpress or wish they do a good range and some great fetish styles to.

 

I wear only women's lace panties and thongs after being pegged by my wife. It just feels right.

 

Women nylon and satin panties for me, sometimes the open crotch type so my clitty is able to hang around.

Usually trunks - it keeps everything from moving around. Never boxers. Sometimes a thong (mens) and sometimes nothing.

 

Sorry to bump an old post, but thanks for the suggestions/ideas! It's nice to read what people have experienced as I am still new to locking. I notice that when wearing boxer briefs, I experience more "ball burn" compared to when I am diapered.

I am guessing there isn't enough support with boxer briefs, so I will have to find other underwear to wear when I am not diapered. Anyone feel regular briefs to be too restricting? Haven't worn normal briefs in a long time, so it'll take some getting used to haha. If anyone else has any suggestions, please drop them below!

 

Definitely thongs, for more than 20 years I wear them everyday.
I just hate the feel boxers give me.

And of course I alternate with some cute lingerie from time to time

 

I wear WildmanT big boy pouch briefs or boxer briefs. They give me the room and support I need, and most of their underwear stretches nicely. The large pouch on these would probably be loose for most, but if you’re looking for something roomy in the crotch these would be a good option.

 

At first I wore boxer shorts, now I wear women's high waisted panties and diapers (sometimes) after breaking chastity rules. My men's underwear has been thrown away. The lady says she doesn't deserve men's underwear, so women's panties and diapers are the right choice for me, they show my place and are a good way to maintain discipline. I wear Separtec boxer briefs. I prefer the Everyday version of them. The balls have a pouch to rest in, and there is a hole for the cage to go through. This way, the balls and the penis are separated and makes it more comfortable with respect to sweat and having to adjust, etc, for normal wear. I prefer to wear these when I'm caged; for one thing, my relatively smaller-sized penis (5 1/4"L) won't pull back through the hole because of the cage's tube, which stays through much better.

Mistress bought some thong type little black underwear that is like a male version of panties. They are in my underwear drawer ready to use.
