    Before being locked I STRONGLY preferred boxers. Now, however I prefer something tighter. I find the additional weight down there to become a little uncomfortable if not supported.

    You left "None" off your list, so I can't vote. I'll wear an athletic thong when I'm working out, but otherwise, I'm always commando, My GF had me wear women's thongs for a period of time, but she eventually got tired of that and let me go back to being commando, and that is just more comfortable for me.

    We found a brand of pouch underwear on eBay (Woxuan) that have an amazing fit and cradle a cage perfectly. And if they are worn without a cage, the pouch still gives the feeling of some confinement. If you search eBay for “Woxuan”, there are lots of styles and cuts. We’ve tried many and found them equally good. Sizes do run a bit small though.

    OK... with embarrassment... Women's panties.

    But wait, it's not what you think!

    I wear plain black boyleg panties, which are designed to look like mens briefs. The difference is there is no pouch in the front so they hold the cage in place more securely and minimise any strange shapes under jeans. I've always been paranoid about the cage being visible under clothing. I read this tip from someone else at chastity mansion.

    My wife of course finds my size 12 panties it very amusing, regardless of how much I protest.

    I wear those or regular boxers if I’m allowed to wear male underwear, a couple months ago my Wife read something about pushing submission by forcing a caged man to wear women’s underwear. I objected, which got me nowhere, so now I’m usually wearing Fruit of the Loom micro mesh breathable bikini panties she bought me from Target. And they are extremely comfortable, and keep everything nice and cool too lol. So even though it’s extremely embarrassing for me, I’m quite comfortable and no ball pinching or anything at least, and my Wife loves it, and I cannot be dominant at all wearing pink, coral or light blue panties, so they work for her purposes.

    i wear panties all the time, whether caged or not. Just feel more comfortable in them. Got started doing this when men's briefs were generally dull and unattractive. Now at least there are more options for men that don't feel like kids underwear.
