my longest is about 2 1/2 month. The cage I used was a Cobra.

once for 100 days, the next for 122 days. no removal at all, metal bars and base ring. every year observe Locktober 30 days and Lent 40 days, same no removal.

 

Another one for the low end of statistics. Can't even say the exact amount but shorter than even a week. We (Mylady and me) don't incorporate this as a life style but very much more an occasional spice up of our (switch!) kinky world, i. e. sometimes a matter of D/s play, sometimes a matter of discipline and punishment. Currently at 8 weeks of continuous lock up with absolutely no end in sight.

This is not something I actively tracked till this year. So far in 2022 my longest has been 27 days continuous, bracketed by a hand job ruin and the lock-up ended with permitted orgasm during PIV.

I don’t think I’ll ever have a truly long lock up. Currently the longest I’ve been is 45 days without removal for some sort of play time.
I’m always allowed out for cleaning whenever I request it (although she doesn’t leave me alone to do it), quite an enclosed cage so it’s not worth leaving hygiene to chance.

I am the same with regard to hygiene. I consider myself locked regardless of whether or not I’m in the device. I can’t sit at my desk for 8 hours with any of the devices I’ve ever owned. My balls ache for days if I even do it once, so our dynamic is that it comes off for my shower in the morning and cleaning the device and when I come home from work it goes back on immediately. It stinks like hell after the second day if you don’t get out everyday.
