what is smallest non-metal device on market?

    i am in permanent chastity and my metal device whose internal length of 1.5 inches fits me perfectly and allows no room for even the smallest of growth
    However i fly a lot so often have to change into non-metal devices. These are all too big for me, smallest I can find is 2.5 inches internal length which allows me 75% of my full erection. Mistress is very unhappy about this and TBH at this stage, erections disturb the psychological balance of my chastity.

    Does anybody know of the existence of a very small non-metal device, ideally no more than 1.5 inches internal length? Please note that the small ones with an internal locking mechanism wont work for me as the lock is metal and sets off airport security DIzOj1jXoAMl5GJ.jpg C8YGlGcXkAAYnjH.jpg

    You might want to check that out about the integrated lock...I don’t think brass sets off detectors.

    how about the new holy trainer 3 --
    also 3d printing makes plastic internal lock replacement and secure with plastic tag

    metal detector or scanner? The last time I few ironically I was selected for a damn random groin check but I didn't have the device on. Wife and I had considered it though.

    Thanks Nicoftime, the new Holy trainer looks awesome because of new the x small Nano, 1.38 inches length which is perfect for me. However i don't quite understand your 3D printing replacement reference - can you please explain?

    Thanks Zebra this is very helpful. So i replace the metal key and insert this and secure it with a numbered non-metal chastity lock? is this correct?

    Thanks so much, Zebra. I think I am going to go for the Holy Trainer Nano which is only 1.36 inches in length ( although i may wait for Chinese version) and this 3d lock, if it works it will be perfect. I will keep you posted on result.
