    It looks virtually identical to a Chinese device on Ebay such as the one in the link below. Not bad, but a bit long for my liking.

    I'd agree, get rid of the middle ring of the 'tube' and it would be far better.
    The other small detail that I'm not sure of is the top surface of the lock being exposed with potentially hard edges that would possibly catch on both flesh and clothing.
    apart from that, I don't have one but really like the design with the two small metal pins to stop it twisting, that's always been a bugbear of my previous devices, where the parts don't stay firmly in a fixed position in relation to each other, and cause pinching or a testicle to get trapped (ouch!)

    There's no issue with the integrated lock pinching skin. It's too far away. You just have to be be sure not to get any pubic hair stuck in there.

    Personally I find the gap between the two level bars that the cage has to be unnecessarily large. It's not uncomfortable to wear by any means though.
