?

What’s the best kind of leadership for the female led country?”

1. Elected leader who runs the country and focuses primarily on women’s interests

2. Totalitarian dictator hell bent on creating a utopia for women without a care for men

3. Secret research organization behind the scenes trying to create a future that’s 100% female

4. Religiously divined leader whose sole purpose is to create a cult of feminine worship

5. Complete anarchy where anything goes but women hold sway over men

6. Hereditary queen who rules her land however she wants on a whim

7. Hippy-like communes that focus on female authority, spirituality, and needs

8. Wealthy corporation behind the scenes trying to get rich off of male labour

What does it have to do with anything?
And is "universal daycare" a thing? Did you mean "healthcare"?

It has everything to do with it. A forum dedicated to a women run government means that women are better leaders. Better leaders means that they have something that men do not. You are on a thread dedicated to the idea of women running a government protesting a wee bit to much. Your answer is in that thought.
Universal daycare is an idea that people of a conservative persuasion use to belittle socialist ideals. To sort of make it look like a “sissy” or “weak” form of government.

Having libertarian ideas doesn't mean a person may automatically be classified as misogynist. I've simply pointed out that your blind loyalty to "the cause" may lead you and others in trouble. BTW, a great deal of women, even powerful ones, like men who use their head, and not just for nodding.
Socialists are sissies, and not in a good way.

How many libertarian women have you met or read about? There is a huge gender gap between these philosophies. Majority of libertarians are men and majority of socialists are women. Socialist ideas are considered feminine or “sissy” ideas while libertarian ideas are considered masculine, pick your self up by your own boot straps ect ect. You are uncomfortable with “feminine” political ideas but desire for a female run government, which makes the idea of a women run government humiliating for you, which puts you in the category of humiliation cuckold.

Let's start with Ayn Rand. Oh and she cuckolded her husband, btw.

Like Marx, Engels, Lenin, Trotsky, Stalin, Hitler... Or Mitteran, or even Bernie Sanders, what a wonderful collection of ladies, right?

Wow, you're such a mind-reader. Your powers allow you to reach through the laptop screen and enter other person's mind. (That was sarcasm, in case you missed it). How would you know what I am or am not comfortable with?

I'll give you a clue - I'm VERY uncomfortable with high taxes and government intervention, as well as parasites in government, no matter what their gender is. If that makes me a "humiliation cuckold" in your eyes, bully for you.

Are you really comparing hitler and Stalin to the women in charge of Finland or New Zealand? Those were monsters and genocidal maniacs. The majority of Bernie Sanders supporters were women until misogyny took over his base of supporters and they left for others and ran for office on their own. Majority of socialist liberal members of congress are women now in the U.S.

Why should I not compare them? They follow the same principles of state-heavy economy and taxation.
Also, it's a shame that people in US are openly calling themselves socialists - as you've correctly pointed out, they murdered 100s of millions.

Hitler wanted to ethnically kill people and control the world through violence, fear, and hate. The women in Finland want to create a social safety net and community that supports the wellbeing in its citizens while establishing trust in their leaders. Those are two very different realities

My friend, it's you who is confused. Hitler wasn't fascist, he was a National-Socialist. Read a history book when you get a chance.

And as to the comparison, I've stated 3 times already, that their economic programs are based on same principle of state involvement and high taxation.

Also, Hitler took great care of his people and created social safety net, just like Finnish government. Oh, and Finland fought FOR Hitler in WWII, btw.

We can go with the heavily distorted worldview that you are presenting and bring it back to the original theme of a woman run government. Would you rather live in Adolf Hitler or Stalin’s “socialist” country or all of the women that you have compared them to? Finland, New Zealand, ect

My worldview is not "distorted" it's based on facts and logic. You're welcome to check the facts and find a single error.

And to answer your question - neither system is good enough to live in.

Anywho, it is time to claim Godwin’s law. Godwin’s law has stated that nothing further can come from this. I just hope that any chastity mansion New Zealanders are building an attic on their house to hide in when Jacinda Ardern comes and rounds them up to put on trains to the concentration camp

Look, I respect your right to hold any opinion, I just wish it was a more informed one. It's very sad to me that socialism is being normalized nowadays. IMO, it's worse than normalizing pedophilia. The practical application of any socialist principle always ends up in misery. Take it from a fourth-generation socialism survivor.

Was it the socialism that was the problem though or was it evil/corruption, people with ulterior motives? People use anything to justify bad behavior. Any system of government can work if it is done with the good of its citizens in mind. There are countries run by royal families that work. Communist China has a lot of things working for it but goes wrong it it’s pursuit of domination and power. My country goes right in many ways as far as individual liberties goes but like everywhere else, it goes to far. Money is an excuse to buy bad behavior because bad behavior is a good/service that can be bought and sold in the free market if there is no legislation. They are not the same. The women running Finland are not the same type of socialism as Fidel Castro’s Cuba or Adolf Hitlers Germany

Socialism diminishes the principle of rule of law and separation of powers. And these are the principles that at least partially keep bad actors in check. The very ideological core of socialism is creating social guarantees for the least successful at the expense of more successful, a.k.a. the re-distribution of wealth. In order to achieve it, the rule of law and fundamental rights need to be violated. It may seem fine to SJWs, but when a Jew is locked in a temple and burned alive by SS troops (or Comissars for that matter), he takes very little solace in fact that his looted property will possibly benefit 10 needy families.

It's like saying you can grow plants on bare rocks if you put your mind to it.

Name one.

Which things exactly?

So are you saying Americans need LESS liberty?

Yeah, the type of cancer that killed my friend is totally different from the one that killed my grandmother.

Just to be clear - I have no problem with women in government, as long as they support free market and fundamental rights. Margaret Thatcher is a good example.

Where do you live now and where did your family come from originally? Communist countries have the ability to organize and get things done in rapid speed due to the nature of there not being any discord. China builds a 12 lane highway in the snap of a finger, ect. Their issue is human rights and how they don’t care about the wellbeing of its citizens, only the state becoming more powerful and influential.
We are barely a functioning democracy in the United States and yes we need less freedom. Covid put our problems on hold but before the pandemic we had a mass shooting every day. Gun rights is one example of this. Many people are unable to handle the kind of freedoms of a libertarian society and need to be told what to do unfortunately. We have a paralyzing stagnation where nothing gets done. One step forward, one step backward, if we are even that lucky. We have the freedoms that you speak of, everyone has their own opinion, and very little gets done. No pure ideology can work. Libertarianism, socialism, ect. It is a mix of ingredients that make a functioning government work. You made the point with your list of male authoritarian leads who incorporate socialist economic principles. That is the difference between male and female leadership. You can disagree with their policies but your life is never in danger if you move to Finland. They will never become authoritative and end future elections. How many female versions of Hitler, Stalin, ect can you think of. The answer is zero.
There is a difference in the types of cancers as well. Some cancers are easily treatable and some are lethal and fast moving.

My family on my father's side comes from Polish/Jewish heritage, so I do know the horrors of socialism first-hand.
You, being from a liberal East Coast state, are likely just unable to imagine the hell it created in Eastern Europe.
As to a super-highway, are you ready to trade your freedom for it? What good would it do you if you or your family members were forced in a labor camp to build it? Or your property could be stripped away by a decree of some bureaucrat?

I find this statement appalling.
However, my personal feelings aside, why do you feel you have the right to strip OTHERS of their freedom just because YOU feel you personally can't handle it?

Exactly every day? Like 1 shooting in a 24-hour period? You see where I'm going with that?
AFAIK, US had an average of 1-2 shootings per YEAR in the last 20 years. Also, a large percentage of them were committed by Muslims, so it simply couldn't be helped. If you take guns out of equation, you get explosions and mass stabbings (like in UK). But guns are not the point - whether it's guns, drugs or liquor - prohibition never helps, history has taught us that.

Maybe because Dems waste huge amount of money on unnecessary programs?

Oh yes it is. The socialist Finnish government allowed this:

Yes it was a mass shooting every single day. You only hear about the larger ones internationally. If you turn on the local news in the United States it will be quick 35 second stories one after another of someone being killed by gun violence. Your right to own a gun is not more sacred than the right of 100 people in a theater to not be murdered. Libertarians say that no gun kills people, mentally ill people kill. They also say that it is the individuals responsibility to seek treatment for their disposition towards violence and mental illness. A psychotic person does not recognize that they are psychotic and won’t seek help. They will go and kill someone. They need to be made to get help not given the freedom to choose.
Democratic socialism is different from the societies you describe but like everyone else, they take it to far. Social security and safety nets are a positive so people are on board, then they start talking about government programs for only people of a specific race, ethnicity ect. Now it goes down the road of dangerous. There needs to be balance. I vote for balance in elections. Neither one of the two parties in the U.S can be trusted to run all branches of government. Joe Biden hadn’t even taken office and I’ve already had enough of him, same way I was when trump first took over. There needs to be a check and balance. Same with socialism and libertarianism. They need to exist in a check and balance symbiotic way.
The east coast state you mentioned I live in is a good example of this. It is a liberal democratic state with a conservative republican governor. Checks and balances. They work together, compromise, and it works wonderfully. It isn’t sexy, it doesn’t make the news, and that is the point. It just works. Unlike Texas (more libertarian) and California (more socialist) who are talked about more, have more ideological views and serious issues.

It seems we work from different philosophical premises. I firmly believe that you can't abridge the rights of law-abiding citizens based on actions of criminals.

I hate to say it, but it looks to me that you are exaggerating the facts to fit your case. For example, you insist that there are "local mass shootings" that take place every day that go unreported. So, by your own logic, there were at least 365 mass shootings in the US in 2019. Yet, your own FBI reports there were only 26 incidents. https://www.fbi.gov/file-repository/active-shooter-incidents-in-the-us-2019-042820.pdf/view
Care to take it down a notch.

That is exactly the point I’m making. The fbi is a conservative agency with an agenda and those are the incidents you hear about internationally just like the how the environmental protection agency in our country is a liberal agency. Everything in the U.S is politicized and had an agenda. The fbi agenda is in line with the NRA. This is why politics is toxic and dangerous in the US. Nothing is apolitical anymore. The two sides of any debate is extreme and unreasonable. Both gun rights advocates and gun law advocates are ideological extremes unwilling to reasonable compromise. Libertarian vs. socialism. I drive home from work through police tape and orange cones around where people get shot very frequently.

WAAAAT? Is that why they've entrapped Flynn? Or kept Mueller BS going? Or failed to investigate Uranium One? FBI was always very anti-Trump, or is media lying about it too?

IMO, compromise means both sides lose.
I drive home from work through police tape and orange cones around where people get shot very frequently.
I'm willing to bet this is regular crime, not mass shootings.
