Hello, Im concerning about wearing my chastity cage while weight training. is it ok to wear chastity cage while work out or should i remove it workout and then put it back on which is the best option? becuase my workout sessions usually goes around 1 to 2 hours what should i do when working out? Im using cb 6000s for reference.
Finished a complete weight training routine in a commercial gym today. Zero issues whatsoever. Granted, today was back and biceps and I didn't do any cardio; however, my movement was uninhibited in any way.
You will probably be fine with it, but it can clearly get in the way. I personally don't like to wear mine when I work out... but my wife is ok with that if I let her know.
I suspect that everyone is different, but my husband has had no problems with cardio and resistance training while wearing a variety of cages.
I'm locked and train including barbell stuff that people worry about especially squats (parallel/below), bench, DL, OHP, BoR and pull-ups, farmer walks, jogging the streets on non gym days, etc, etc I've found the metal back ring and shortest possible cage is the answer, firstly that eliminates any bulge in shorts for squats and bench (and running shorts) and secondly comfort. I am aware I'm wearing the cage when I squat but I can manage and work round that. The rest is no problem at all as long as the cage is short enough. For showers I strip to gym shorts and grab towel and take underwear wrapped in towel. The gym has cubicle showers so I go inside still wearing workout shorts. I take off in cubicle shower and dry then put on boxer shorts in cubicle then wrap towel round waist to walk back to lockers. I just change as usual. I put on deodorant then a t shirt then take off towel and put on trousers/pants. Never has there been any awkwardness that the boxer shorts were already on when I remove towel. Nobody notices they are busy getting changed. You can shower at gym as long as you have cubicles and take underwear in towel to shower
I workout everyday, HT V4 small. Just wear some tighter compression shorts, and I have zero issues whatsoever. Typically do cardio plus weights.
