    In terms of using this with existing belts, would it just be a new cock tube with the cables to then attach to an existing waistband? Or would it require something more?

    Sorry for the confusion here for some reason i managed to make a slight error mentioning in my post an option of cable or rods !!! this is incorrect the rod is the standard feature passing through the butt whereas the cables pass either side of the butt over the cheeks. Sorry for any confusion. the cables are stainless steel, very strong and very adjustable to fit the wearer. we even plan on supplying a BehindBarz branded set of cutters in the pack to cut off the excess cable once you are happy with your adjustments.

    The plan is to offer the option of either a ring section with the cable and fixing points along with the two brackets that fix to the waistbelt to secure the cable to and your existing tube will then fit next as usual. The outer shield can also be worn over the sections if wanted, the other option is for the cable and waistbelt fittings but instead of a ring a new cock tube with the fitting built in to connect the cable to so removing the need for a separate ring. The cable simply slips through the built in tube on the ring and feeds up to both brackets on the Waistband where you can pull them through and adjust until comfortable and then secure fully before cutting off the excess.

    Yes well spotted it was a trimmed down version of the outer cage although not any wider because the balls are now not restricted they have room to hang naturally and the shortened outer cage does not have to be as enclosed accordingly. The bottom rod fixing point is also removed and by wearing the outer shield section it removes the possibility of anyone trying to actually bend the cock tube section away from their body to remove the penis.

    We will bear it in mind though i have to say we have many offers to test them out........lol
    The cable option may well be something for you to consider it is certainly so much more secure if you are one of the owners who want security with comfort and practicality. Clean up is a cinch.

    Belt is meanwhile in daily use and both (wife and me) love it more and more

    Hi, I'm a new member trying to decide if I should buy new components now or wait until later because Behind Barz announced on Twitter that they're announcing some new products soon. Someone pointed me to this thread for more info.

    It seemed like Behind Barz shared some prototype pictures in this thread but I don't see anything. Were the photos deleted?

    Yes there were some prototype pics here of a double cable type belt versus the single rod between the cheeks. It fastens to a new cock cage or some adapter ring to use with existing equipment.

    The current locks look pretty damn nice.

    Too bad, they seem prone to breaking. One of mine seems to have died already.

    Alternative locks would be great. I can easily imagine a different bolt instead of the current solution, a bit longer and having a hole thorough which one could place a small standard padlock.

    Here are a couple of pictures taken just to show the prototype version fitted onto a standard belt which features the cable fixing, which removes the need to need the traditional ball trap cock ring and replaces it with a ring that slides solely along the shaft. The cables are sealed coated stainless steel but shown here with another option of a coloured silicone sleeve that simply slides over the two sections of cables once they have been cut down to size by the wearer and provide further comfort if required.
    The tester has said the belt is a real pleasure to wear once suitably marked and adjusted and is comfortable enough to be worn for extended periods even when sitting most of the day. 20211118_110705.jpg

    And the outer cage can still be attached ?
    Is that system compatible with your older belts or are any changes needed, this could be a very good upgrade for mine.

    Hi yes the outer cage is still able to fit as usual over the top of this and the standard tubes are also able to fit exactly the same. it does mean the keyholder can remove just the tube section and the belt is then effectively acting as a locked on cock ring which is excellent torture when hands are restrained and nothing can be done about it. I noticed the message earlier and if you can message Sam in the office he will be able to help get you sorted. and work out a solution.

    ps yes the cable set up can be fitted to older and newer style belts.

    +1 for a better locking system. Love the belt overall, but the locking mechanism is fiddly as heck and the locks (originally for computer cases) do not seem to be made for the forces put on them by being in a belt. I've bought a dozen of the KA's at this point just to make sure I've got some extra stock.

    I've asked BB about this and whether some sort of padlock shackle type lock could be created. I hope to investigate this further in the new year and will share any progress. :)

    I would totally agree that a larger cup design is necessary, doesn't even need to be that much larger. Also, I would be extremely disappointed if they can do a funnel-like end but just dont have it on the site. That would solve so many problems for me with the wearability, currently this design just causes me to spray pee everywhere and its such an issue I rarely use the belt. I've spent so much money buying different tubes and rings and still have the same problem.

    As chastity cages go, I find my behind barz tube quite messy to urinate from. If a variation on the tube was made available which is designed to be easier to urinate from I would definitely go for one.
    Since there's the bare, enclosed, etc. cages to fit over the tube anyway, maybe a tube that allows the helmet to slip past the end on the tube.

    They do offer custom funnel tubes to address drainage, just write to them for a quote/ideas.

    One more vote for better locks. I've been looking at the sissy belt for a while, while I love the tucked away look of the shield, those HUGE locks on top of what looks like 4 layers of steel... It's like 20-30mm protruding from the waist area. That should be able to be halved.

    A bit of flexibility in the vertical positioning of the penis tube might be beneficial as well.

    Or an all together different sissy style somewhere between this and the FancySteel style which has it's own design issues, not to mention the questionable FS reputation.

    Another vote for better locks. I would have ordered by now if not for the locks. My ideal would be to have something that doesn’t stick out, and is genuinely high security.

    I think a set of adapter plates to allow you stack waist bands to create a corset effect or an optional extra wide waistband would be kind of neat...
