Very small cages. Safe?

I am no doctor but I did read a Urologist's opinion of it. He said they have no examples of people in chastity having medical issues but thought that it was possible that by compressing the spongy tissue in a penis, it would lose some of its elasticity. My wife did not want any erections so she had me get a 1 1/4 inch cage that touches my flaccid penis on all sides. After 4 years of daily 24/7 wear, my penis seems to be smaller when erect than it used to be. It could also be due to old age and weight gain though. I have developed erectile dysfunction but that can be due to my age and Diabetes. Nothing that Viagra cannot fix.

The Urologist went on to explain other concerns but had no cases to show that his concerns are valid. Doctors tend to be cautious though. Some even think that you must give your chastity man at least ruined orgasms to drain their old semen. You would think that someone who runs a chastity blog and even writes e-books would understand that old semen is discharged as a wet dream if not done purposely. If that was a real problem, millions of holy men who are celibate would all have problems. A study they did on celibate priests showed that they lived a few years longer than those who had orgasms.

Like all other things in life, you roll the dice and take your chances. For anything there are arguments against, you will find arguments for. I have read that by using a small cage you can decrease the size of a penis but since most chastity blogs are fantasy based or contain inaccurate information, no one has done any study on it. Not even a before and after measurement.

I am very comfortable in my cage despite its size since it is a perfect fit for my flaccid penis and after a few years of being locked up, my penis seldom tries to get erect without direct stimulation. Porn does not even affect or arouse me anymore either.

 

I was considering buying one of these little cages though I may be a little too big for them. I like the idea that it is not possible to grow during erection but are there some of you who have experience with this? there's something dangerous about it such as tissue damage?

I'm presently locked in a similar device. It's 28mm long as opposed to the 45mm then 35mm cages that precede it. I do like the idea that it prevents any sort of erection attempt. I've also dropped from a 46mm base ring to a 40 that came with this one. It works far better than anything I've been locked into. The smaller ring prevents the 'boys' from escaping.
As for 'damage?' I doubt any real damage physically, unless you see abrasions or edema. Fortunately I've not had either to speak of.

I have had some issues this year but am not quite sure what has caused them. Last April I developed a hard lump in the center of my penis right behind the head. I wouldn't have necessarily noticed it except for when I was uncaged and allowed an erection and I got very hard there was a dull ache I had to deal with. I had been wearing the same device at that point for over 6 months with no previous issues. When I saw my urologist then he thought that perhaps I'd developed a minor fissure/fracture in that spot due to intercourse. I took a 2 month break from the cage and nothing changed. I started wearing the device again and a few weeks ago I started experimenting with a smaller base ring on my current device. I went from a 45mm to 40. It proved to be to tight because after a day of wear I would run into edema. So I made adjustments to the ring until it was 43mm and then had no edema issues. At that time I also ordered another device that was shorter and narrower. I knew I had to make the inside of the tube wider so I did and made it roughly 35mm inside the tube but using a 45mm ergo base ring with it. I had no problems with edema or discomfort and actually was more comfortable than my old device despite being smaller. Anyway around the time I was experimenting with my old device and playing with the new one I noticed I'd developed another lump, lower and to the left of my first one. My penis still feels the same and it works just fine although it seems to have curved to left just a bit more than its natural curve. I went back to urologist for my 6 month follow up and explained everything to him including the chastity. He didn't really have any concrete info for me other than I could have developed Peyronie's from The fracture because of the now slight curve. Nothing to really be done about it other than just seeing what it does. If it becomes painful or starts really curving then there are a few medical procedures to be done but they don't like doing any of the procedures unless it's really a problem as there is risk involved in doing so. I asked if he thought my device caused it and he couldn't think of a reason why my device could cause the problem I'm having. He told me to take a break from wearing the device and just see what happens for a little while.

I'll probably not use a ball trap device again unless I can be certain that it is not what caused my issues. We're thinking about me wearing a full belt instead but are still gonna wait a little while before ordering one. Mistress isn't as much a fan of the full belt look as she really like my small shiny cage. I have to say I agree but in the end the full best is actually way more secure than any ball trap device anyway. My only advice would be that you make sure your cages are wide enough for you, I think going shorter is okay but narrower and to small a base ring could cause edema issues.

Mine is 28mm, wear mine all day and night, been 3 weeks and no issues.

It does REQUIRE sitting to pee because I am pierced. The cage sits so tight against my sack that it presses on the ring and causes a mess if trying to stand.

 

Yes peeing is a sitting position - The center hole is small and things don't line up or have enough time to line things up.
I just sit push the cage under me and pee sometimes it goes straight sometimes it sprays and other times runs down my balls-
Everything else it easy to wear, hides well, for me fits great - no room to grow -
This metal cage is better than my holy trainer 2 - clean takes the same amout of time about 90 sec in the shower

 

well you has to sit down to pee but i think that's better anyways.

Update... getting a sore under penis, and seems to collect urine and precum between cage and sack. Going back to larger cage.

Not so fast tiger ! Give your self couple of days out and use the nappy cream to get everything healed and have another go you may be supprised. Also the percived wisdom is small is good in the long term.

To all the others what is the worst case scenario. If your cage is small and your bits do go manky and fall off saves lot of fuss and bother with cages and stuff . Besides you will be able to wear some really nice knickers and they will fit lovely.

the cage in my avatar is the cage i am using now the longest lock up so far is 69 days with no issues. i do belive i have gotten smaller over the last 2 1/2 years i have been practicing chastity. i want to try out another smaller cage. my useless nuts have slipped out a couple times and my tiny clitty doesn't fill the cage fully like it use to. it looks stupid just hanging there on my clit cause the p. a. is still locked on,but this cage is a good fit
