    since my chastity regime is becoming long term and maybe permanent do you suggest using underwears/trunks when you go out or pants only?

    how do you feel is better out of your experience to keep everything in place and reduce discomfort ?

    :pWhen it gets to long term comfort becomes very important, from a comfortable device to what you may or may not wear over it. There are a lot of posts/blogs out there where people share what works for them. For me the pouch types work well. Try some and go with what works.

    Some of them--the cut, color, material add to the effect as well. Made for the male but I don't believe you'd call them manly

    Snug boxerbriefs have worked best for him during daily life. The only time he's comfortable without underwear is when he's wearing loose, comfy shorts around the house... or when he's naked. :)

    I wear mostly women's panties, the soft, silky ones. They support you just as good as men's briefs do, but the material is much more comfortable.....no chafing.

    Wear what works for you. Or of course what you are told to wear. If what you are told to wear really does not work for you (and im not talking about style or appearance wise) then bring that to the attention of your KH.

    I may suggest that you wear underwear, we use it for a reason and it is because doesnt matter how well be clean after pee a few drops may happen and a trouser with some moisture on the penis part is nothing that anyone is proud of but if you use underwear it will be hidden as it does when that happens, i cant tell how big deal it is because since i remenber i think i wear the underwear at my way which it is my penis parallel to my torso and upwards so i dont has drops but if you use a cage it will be down and gravity will keep working, you will not be able to clean 100% everytime, i would not take the risk

    All helped by preventing things from moving around under your clothes.

    The underwear allows me to wear a pad, which is nice, since I often dribble a bit after I pee when caged.

    I would say Yes. Ones with room for her cage are more comfortable. Also Lace would be my top choice.

    First and foremost, i need something that offers support so the lock doesn't bounce around and make a tell-tale clackety-clack sound as i walk

    I get that there are other solutions to this issues, most notably cages with integrated locks.

    i like the idea of having a little support so that i'm not having to support the entire weight of the cage.

    I tried several styles, even panties. What I find very comfortable are boxer shorts. With a small penis I do not need support or to prevent a bulge. I love the boxers from Duluth Trading. Nice colors and they never smell due to whatever fabric/coating they use. Last long too.

    During the day I find that snug panties (bikini, thong, boy shorts) work well. Under my jeans or shorts they keep the cage close to my body so that there's less risk of showing.

    At night I prefer loose boxers or pajama shorts or nothing at all, because otherwise the fabric rubbing against my penis, especially in the early morning, will make my morning wood inevitable, persistent, and annoying.

    I wear a Holy Trainer...and it just fits perfectly in a nice pair of panties which i wear 24/7. I too oftentimes will wear a pad...which helps me feel more feminine and is very helpful at catching the last few drops.

    With a metal cage, I find that boyshort style panties are best to provide some support for the weight of the cage and to hold everything in place - all while feeling feminine!

    I'm extremely new to wearing a cage with underwear, but I've found that andrew christian feels great. It has a pouch that holds everything together, and slightly away from the body. I love feminine panties, but these underwear are designed for gay men, so they still have a psychological component to wearing them.

    Im finding large panties (i fit xl boxers) are snugger and hold my peice in place. Any panties work for me except thongs. Totally hatting the butt floss. Witj the issue of pee dribble or pre cum (thats what they call yet i aint cumming anytime soon) i use ultra thin panty liners
