    I found most boxer shorts to be the worst underwear for being in chastity, as they tend to push you to ether the left or right. Briefs, thongs or jocks or panties are much better.
    I’ve also got the thongs posted by luckyhubby, and there are very comfy.,

    THIS! Boxer shorts are the WORST to wear with Chastity alone lol. I usually end up wearing pantyhose under my boxers - the pantyhose definitely help keep everything in place and comfortable!

    Briefs definitely, need to support the weight of the steel cage and keep it from pulling on the tether, its ok For a while but let it hang for more than an hour and it will start to hurt a bit.

    I've just started to wear a langot (loincloth). It's easy to adjust the amount of support you need.

    They are lovely - I prefer the bikini and bake Rena cuts, although there are a number of other cuts that are also nice. The hipsters would be a close third as there is a high likelihood of them peaking above your pants. While I general also like thongs, these are an odd fit for me.

    Any type of pouch underwear works well. I usually stick to boxers to sleep in though.
