From looking belts would give you the best flat front you can also get them with shaped front plates that would give a nice fem shape almost camel toe.

One of the Lori designs pushed the head of the shaft down back on itself between the legs and secures the balls eithside above giving a convincing man-gina. Will hunt for a picture.

Or you could try a strong panty girdle, and if you can stand it being a size to small it will definetly pull everything in and smooth it over.

I have a holy trainer nub and it easily tucks away. The design is very small, roughly 1" so not a lot to hide. Would love to try the Koala swim products.

 

So I have gotten the Behind Barz Sissy front and it is great to wear long term but it will not give you the small flat front you would get from a gaff. So if you are looking for that, that is not it.

I have owned and sold the Fancy Steel, once you do finally get it and the lack of service they provide, it is just average and not comfortable to put on or wear

I have the Koala Swimwear, again it is fine but the side straps fall down a bit and the left over strap hangs down and just is not attractive, especially if wearing something tight.

I love my Chinese micro cage, although I had to make a few small changes, and I can't take a pee while locked, but it's great for being out and about with no bulge. I was over 7" so I actially have less bulge now!!

 

Take your titty skittles and you wont need to be locked down. Just a nice tight pair of panties, a nice tight pair of designer jeans. ☺

 

Some might want to be locked even if they don't need to be. Things like a small pink cage can be a symbol, or a reminder, no matter what's been added to one's bloodstream.

A full belt style does help with this and can be worn reasonably comfortably under anything. I do understand what you mean, and am very self conscious when appearing in public that you can see the bulge. My device can be pushed down for short stretches of time but can/does pinch in uncomfortable ways without notice, and makes it so that I can't cross my legs while I am sitting.

Still, a chastity device is a fraction of the cost. I have looked at some on Etsy or Amazon and the full belt goes for about 350 bucks. They look great under jeans, or even a tighter skirt.
