I'm currently using the device in my avatar, bought from DHGate which is currently discounted by 58% so it's there for about $14. I'm uncircumcised and it works fine for me. Personally I find both with this and other devices that its best to pull the foreskin back and insert the well lubed head into the cage. Saves all the issues with the foreskin and the end of the cage and I prefer the feeling of the cage against the uncovered head.

I got last cage from dhgate, they have good prices. If your new to wearing a tube, it will not be easy. You may want to do a little sounding first. I first used a little paint brush, then a knitting needle. They have sounding kits for about 20$, but if your on a budget, its a bit to spend on something that you may not like.
