I am trying to design full belt that uses a cable system much like Fancy Steel belt. I think it would be quit do-able but not sure how to make the front shield as far as it being a concave and not flat.
Organic Shapes can be tricky. To get a very basic idea to you - I might start with a large hollow sphere and then cut it using the front bikini line-ish profile you want the front to have, and add a shape to the front for your penis and testicles using cylinders and spheres in combinations, then make those hollow too... design and flair from there I suppose Good Luck, love to see what you can come up with!
