Okay, your truth is: If you could have any sex toy in the world, what would it do and why?

That one's difficult, but I'll try.
The first toy that comes to mind is an elaborate pumping/stretching mechanism designed to be attached 24/7 that is also secured within an equally elaborate chastity cage/belt for both parts for however long it would need to be attached to reach the goal of "one tube". There would be one attached to the penis with an internal catheter so that bladder drainage would still occur while the "toy" was working. The other would be attached and inserted anally which would also pump/stretch until goal is reached while also allowing for evacuation to happen while working. This toy would, of course, require me to basically be a slave to it until finished. The finishing, however long it would take (months/years), would be when the stretched/pumped penis "tube," that would have to be many inches beyond the penis head, were long enough to be inserted several inches into the elongated anal tube which it would meet somewhere close to the space between both legs. At that point the two tubes would be partially sewn together so that when standing there would be one orifice to evacuate the bowels located between the legs when standing. At this time the skin covering the head of the penis would be cut to allow the head to be pulled out of the tube and sewn to be permanently out to allow urination while keeping the urethra separate from the expanded anal cavity in order to prevent any urinary tract/bladder infections. The final cage would have the one tube permanently held between the legs with the sides smooth where the legs would rub against it and the rest open to air and cleaning but not capable of being touched. The inner thigh portion of the legs that would rub against the tube would also be covered in metal and attached to the waist section of the chastity belt but would be hinged to allow movement but could also be locked when Mistress wanted. The cage's lower opening for the waste orifice could be plugged and locked when needed to remain shut. The upper opening would have a small cap that may or may not ever be unlocked but would allow for drainage. The lower tube hole would also allow for penetration in either direction (toward front or toward back) when Mistress wanted. If Mistress wanted two holes (or more) for multiple penetration then more holes would be made. Good hygiene and cleaning would be maintained at all times.

 

Is that a toy or a procedure? I was think of something you could order. I was thinking, if cost was no issue I would probably order one of those fucking machines. That way I could still use it if I was caged.
