Anybody else here suffer from Trigeminal Neuralgia or other neuralgia type pain?

How are you coping with it during this lockdown?

Would be nice to talk to others who are also in this situation, because it can really really make you feel low, and I have found talking about it makes you feel better mentally.

Hope you all are keeping safe

OOOH, you have my sympathy. I once had a few bouts with trigeminal nerve pain. A knife stabbed straight into my temple would have been a RELIEF! I am not sure how I got it. A doctor thinks it was a complication from the shingles. Luckily, it hasn't returned. I dread the day. Some of the worst pain I ever had.

    Is yours chronic?

Thanks, you are right about the knife to the temple being a relief.

It started Feb '19 very sporadic until June when It ramped up and I couldn't take anymore. Saw a specialist, had an MRI, couldn't find anything, put on meds and the pain stopped eventually...

Returned on March 17th, back on meds but pain has stopped. I dont think I have it as bad as a lot of people do (touch wood) but its horrendous when it attacks. A good friend of mine stopped me from a suicide attempt last summer.

I have had a LOT of pain in my life. (like a lot of people, so I don't ask for sympathy) I've had two compound fractures, torn ACL, etc. NOTHING hurts as badly as TG nerve pain.

Like you, I am hoping I don't see it again. And I don't blame you on the suicide thoughts. Anyone reading this likely thinks we are exaggerating about the knife to the temple as being relief.

I know a guy with MS. He has TG nerve pain a lot. He can't eat a thing with it. So during his attacks he loses weight like crazy.....

One of the toughest parts of being locked in chastity is when something ELSE really hurts.....

Yep nothing comes close, I've broken my ankle and had Gallstones... TN is a billion times worse.

No doubt, no one knows how bad it Is unless they have it themselves or see someone having an attack.

Eating is nigh on impossible with it, not just the pain, but the anxiety and the fear it will trigger it is enough to stop you from eating.

This time around between March 17th (when it came back) and April 11th when I was mostly pain free for a few days I lost 23lbs... I've put about 5 or 6 back on as I'm actually able to eat now and with me being furloughed and in lockdown like everyone else.

So many confuse this with a migrane headache. MUCH worse is TGN.

Like you, if I have a TGN flare-up (which is now very rare) or anything even remotely similar, I put the chastity tube on the nightstand until it's over.

I personally don't get them in the top of my head, so its not like a pain in the forehead area... mine attacks me in the face area, in the cheek just next to my nose and above my lip... electric shocks and sometimes a strong burning sensation.

I get migraines occasionally, TN is a lot worse.

Its definitely best just to leave all chastity stuff, its completely debilitating theres just no point.

Yep. Our clitties aren't going to misbehave during TGN, that's for sure.
