That's a fine looking cage. Would you mind sharing the size details? I have been contemplating a BAW device, and I'm more tempted than ever after seeing yours.

 

I am looking at an Evotion Orion, and at a BAW BA-22 titanium, they are both the same price. So I have to decide, Orion more versatile, can be worn with or without the base ring, or with the base ring can be worn without PA. Also being plastic, in a true emergency could be broken to escape. Or the titanium, with the added excitement of knowing that once KH has both keys, there's no just breaking it and getting out, the ease of cleaning, and the unflexing, unrelenting feel of metal.

 

Looks great . I'd love to be secured by a PA . It just looks so much better .

 

I would bet if you drew up a picture of a cage Badass Workroom could produce that worked without a base ring that he would make it for you in titanium. As long as it could be constructed from pieces of titanium rod / wire, he could probably do it. I believe he is open to custom design orders. Titanium if far better than steel due to improved bio-compatibility and lighter weight. It can also be anodized in a range of colors.

Wow that looks like an amazing device. I am currently locked in my rigid chastity model 2, and I love the security of the PA lock. Aside from the eternal wait and the poor communication the device is fantastic, although it is quite heavy. Think I’ll invest in one these in Titanium, thanks for the heads up.

These look EXACTLY like the cheap devices on Aliexpress / DHGate, some of which claim they are titanium when they are not. The rest of the products available on that website are also identical to products Aliexpress has been selling for at least 5 years. Can anyone confirm the titanium is actually titanium?

The mentioned weight above is 4oz, which is precisely how much my same device weighs in steel from Aliexpress. The device I have also was claimed to be "surgical stainless" however of course it is not as I have a reaction to it, which I do not to surgical.

I would love if these devices are actually titanium, however I am skeptical unless someone can confirm they are not just a titanium looking coating. They should be way lighter than 4oz if so.

 

Got a titanium cage on order. He is a good communicator, much much better than rigid.
I will send a report after I receive it. He offers all anodized colors that is only possible with real titanium.

 

I agree. I don’t believe this is Titanium. My Jail Bird that is medical stainless steel is 161 g — 5.7 oz. The stainless steel has density 8 g/cm^3 and Titanium has density 4.5 g/cm^3. That means the same cage made of Titanium should be 90.6 g — 3.2 oz. I am suspicious those cages are actually made of Titanium.

 

The device in question has a 51mm dia base ring and a 40mm dia cage. The PA hook adds most of a second 40mm ring at the aft end of the cage plus there is a fair bit of metal in the hook itself. Is your Jail Bird of similar dimensions?

 

My Jail Bird is decent size cock cage:
Inside diameter 1 3/8 in — 3.4925 cm
Base ring diameter 1 5/8 in — 4.1275 cm (oval)
Gap between cage and base ring 9/16 in — 1.42875 cm
Length 2 in — 5.080 cm

I have one extra large ring for esthetics in the middle of the cage. All of this is 5.7 oz and in titanium would be 3.2 oz. I will actually email badassworkroom. I would like to know what purity their Titanium is.

 

Your cage dia is about 87% of the cage in question and your base ring is about 81% the dia. Your length is about 78% of his cage. I'm guessing your 3.2oz weight doesn't include a PA hook nor an integrated lock and its housing.

Given the much larger size of his cage, and the fact that he has a PA hook, and a large integrated lock housing and lock mechanism, the reported 4.2 oz weight isn't surprising

 

Unless we know metallurgy of the cage, we can only speculate. I actually wish it is very pure high grade Titanium, but I am still suspicious. High grade titanium is very hard to work with, very hard to weld. For the actual low price that it is being offered, I want to know more. I actually have an access to equipment that can measure purity of Titanium as well as theoretical knowledge to understand the results.

Got my ba-21p today (yay !), the titanium version. Obviously, it’s not pure titanium, that would be super hard to work with - however - it’s super light and super well made. It’s so comfortable, worryingly so

really, really impressed so far.
