I have an A272 which is basically that device without the ball separator. I found that the tube is short enough that I could slip a soapy forefinger in between my dick and the tube down to the end of the tube and wash the inside while it was on, even though generally the tube is the right size for my dick (they touch all around) -- the dick is a very squishable organ. After washing with soap, I used a squeeze bottle with long tip to squeeze water through and rinse out the soap.
