I just rinse water into all the holes when I shower. Some disinfectant or fungicide twice a week prevents mycosis.

Depends on the cage. In the big peeholes in the chinese Holytrainer knockoffs, I inserted metal rods and secured them with metal glue.

Of course, I should remove the excess glue which looks just as bad as excess foreskin.

I'm sorry I've seen it somewhere, but can't remember where.

But what is the general advice given when your foreskin is swelling? Mines been on almost 24 hours and the foreskin looks very puffy. Any concern? Quick fix? Or will it fix itself?

    Thanks

Edit: found the thread. But appreciate more input anyway

yep, make sure your foreskin is forward and blood flow isn’t restricted and it will go back to normal in a few hrs.

When I started being caged, I decided to spend some effort in keeping the skin pulled back.

I also had problems with the swelling skin, which made the whole business impossible.

However, I stretched the foreskin slightly using a device of my own making and after some time I was able to keep the skin back longer and longer each day, until finally I keep it back all the time. And so it has been for years now.

Now, for most purposes the foreskin is not a problem anymore. Sometimes it pushes through the holes in the sides of my current device of choice, Evotion Wearables #8. No swelling, but minor pinching quite rarely.

I keep the places clean with a water jet.

    YMMV

My husband has a Bon4 and I'm really happy with it. Sometimes his foreskin protrudes thru the side openings and swells. It can get severely pinched so to prevent this he uses a cotton swab and pushes his foreskin forward covering the head and the swelling goes away.
