Tight scrotum - weights??

    I feel like my scrotum is tighter than ever. Too much caffeine? I am on TRT and my balls have definitely shrunk a little from that too. I've never tried any sort of stretcher, weights, etc. I saw a pic from @Jblocked with a ball weight on. Does anyone have experience with ball stretchers/weights? Do they work? Any long term positive affects or is it just temporary?

    I found a cheap silicone ball cuff off eBay to be of great help for me, using it every day for my scrotum to loosen.,

    Balls sacks is looser I don't wear weights to often but when I do I wear it for about 12 hrs

    I have worn metal and silicone plenty. The real looseness is temporary but I will say they did lower some since they always use to be really tight and hide and now they are usually a snug pouch

    Thanks for all your responses. I went ahead and ordered 2 metal weights 14mm and 20mm. I'm going to give this a go - like chastity it seems like a good combination of kink and health improvement. I'm hoping for some improvements with some continued use.

    At first it was tough with the weights swinging so I started with silicone then used the metal more frequently. I love seeing how far it stretches without be uncomfortable now
