It's a misquote of Golding, who said part of the alleged quote, but not the rest. Golding did say "I think that women are foolish to pretend that they are equal to men, they are far superior, and always have been." That is taken from a statement he made regarding his selection of boys for Lord of the Flies, and not girls. The rest of the statement about giving women sperm, a house, food, and so forth, is added, and out of context, and is thus plagiarism.
Yes, I'm sure @HusbandX is right about this. The end of the quote doesn't sound like William Golding at all. It's too saccharine and manufactured.
