When talking about the security of my cage with my KH, a former healthcare worker she said: "You know how easy it would be for me to suture you into that cage don't you?" I laughed, Then I thought .... Oh Shit that could actually work. <gasp>
Awesome! Please can you ask her: Where would the sutures go? How would it work long term? What would the risks be? This sounds like potentially a much better solution than a piercing. I can imagine cheerfully paying to be sewn in. I wonder who would be qualified to offer the service.
As another healthcare worker here…while yes that would work, that would be incredibly dangerous in terms of infection risk etc…would not advise that at all. I know some of y’all are way braver than I am when it comes to poking needles around your bits, but this ain’t the way…just get pierced.
Thanks! Can you imagine any less invasive ways of preventing pull-out? For example, several small piercings in the skin at the root of the penis.
I don't understand how a suture is "better than" a piercing? Aren't sutures just piercings using thread instead of a metal or other material insert through the holes? All the considerations for piercings will apply, and the very narrow stitches will cause their own problems. Skin sewn to adjoining skin is one thing, it's self supporting, but fine thread against the weight of a chastity cage would act like a cheese slicer.
First off suture can harbor bacteria longer term if not properly cared for - getting wet is an issue for example. The skin will eventually grow over the stitch and create a huge problem trying to remove. “Small” piercings aren’t ever advisable to secure a chastity cage, even after healed as the smaller gauge of whatever is used can effectively migrate through the skin - what’s referred to as the cheese slicer/grater effect…don’t want that. This is why fully healed, 6 ga or larger (I’d recommend at least 4ga) piercings are recommended as they’re holding more than just the jewelry in place and the added stress on the piercing can, again m, cause migration if not properly done. if you want to risk a bad infection on your junk, don’t mind the pain involved in digging the suture out of the skin when you’d want to remove, and generally just a terrible idea, go for it. I know the OP’s KH was likely “teasing” as it is possible to do this, but in reality, if someone was seriously considering, common sense has to kick in and just know this is a very bad ideaz
I was wondering whether several small non-genital piercings might do the job of a single genital piercing?
I have given thought to using a ss cath long enough to reach well beyond the first couple inches. Attach a 2 piece, 5/8” garden variety hose repair clamp collar (hardware store) just behind the head, and insert it all into a cage that captures the hose clamp collar very tightly.
I'm now wearing a Vice and pullout is not an option unless I'm prepared to grate my cock like a block of cheddar.
I wrote a short story about it a few month ago on Fetlife. I also did a proof of concept (https://fetlife.com/users/7385461/pictures/130287686 ) but my sewing skills suck, so I lost the knot on the outer side of the cage. I kept the surture to see how long it takes for the thread to dissolve. It took almost 6 weeks ;-)
