I actually found a drill bit a little bigger than my jewerly. Drilled a hole where i felt my pa hole in my itty penis is. I can take pics if u like!
I'm in it now. I have been looking for inescapable, tight, cramped, horrible etc and the nub is utterly perfect. I was pushing out the small v3. I'm about average size, so the nub seriously squashes, but is still exceedingly comfy. It's everything it should be, BUT I would still prefer an anti pullout to finalise the absolute helplessness this brings.
I have and love my small pink Holy Trainer. I used the manufacturers method of measuring both ring and cage size. I originally started with a 45mm ring but after about a year of off and on use I found that i needed a smaller ring and downsized to a 40mm ring which has been great. The mfg also makes an anti-pullout accessory called "The Guardian" which is an additional plastic piece which fits over the cage and effectively narrows that ring and cage to trap the clitty and prevent any pullout. I have also tried knockoffs of the Nub and Nano but did not find them as comfortable for longer term use than the "original small pink cage." Not sure this answers your question, but it has been my experience.
