Consider the The Crucible 2.0 from steelwerksextreme dot com.

I am not currently pierced but i really love the idea of of a prince albert cage with no gauge around the balls. I always have issues with them no matter what this eliminates the problem totally also it will never come off thoughts ?

I see two problems. Weight and cleaning. Weight, because it all pulls on the piercing. Cleaning, because you can't.

Actually, the weight of this device may not be as big of an issue as you might think since it is made from a single block of titanium and it is custom fit for snugness.

cleaning or more specifically using the toilet could definitely be a concern. Steelwerks does Offer a hollow pin to secure it but you have to be gauged a minimum of 2GA for that option. I’ve been considering this cage extensively but i have come to the decision I do not want to gauge up to 2. 4ga is plenty big enough for me.

That and be ready for a price shock. None of this artists work os cheap but you get the quality you pay for I think.

    good luck!!

I have the titanium schandmaske. It is light weight and pretty easy to clean with the right tools. Recommended. And cheaper then the crucible. Still pricey…

I went with the Bijou for ease of maintenance and cleaning, and it's been good for me. Cost is up there with the steel and titanium devices though.

Weight I don't see as an issue as much, anything tighter than a pair of boxers should support the weight pretty well.
