If a derogatory term seems inappropriate, a term of endearment (even if belittling, or perhaps designedly belittling) might be more palatable. The ones offered above certainly fit the bill.

Just to put the Boss Queen perspective. I was having trouble picking a nickname for him for private use, I don't approve of using humiliation as a tactic in the bedroom or personal life (to each their own, but not for me) I have a midwestern, okie twang accent so the words sound a bit different than the dictionary descriptions. I already use Cowboob for him as we're both in the furry fandom and his sona is (as you can see on his profile pic) a cow. (And I like making udder jokes) Mostly If I have a different name for him at home than in public I want it to be smooth and roll out of my mouth, I don't wanna have to think about it.

Servant has too many hard points in it and maid, well I'm not into sissifying him in any form. (He likes crossdressing and I'm supportive but other than the maid outfit for when he's cleaning on the weekends, which is more for my humour than anything, I won't be asking him to cross dress, it'll be his choice.)

Using Pet feels very awkward, because I don't view him as a pet, he's a partner. Plus I already have a pet, so I can't take away from my pets title.

I like Jailbird, but again it's too long and is less comfortable in use than Cowboob.

I use Boy on occasion when he's being smart alecky, but I can't imagine actually addressing him as boy constantly, thank you though.

@Colleen1986 I don't like using derogatory terms at all, my stepdad constantly used mental abuse as a punishm,ent for me so I very much dislike it. I don't like being legit belittling either (I use it sometimes in jokes but I try to only use it in instances I can guarantee that they won't take it the wrong way.)

Personally I like boi but since that doesn’t work for you how about Lov or Hun. Both are common in the south and with an accent can be very seductive. Plus they can be used in public if you choose.

Since you don’t want demeaning, I think you need to find what you feel comfortable with that works.

I think you’d rule out little one because you don’t want too many syllables, so it’s going to be a challenge finding one or two syllable terms that fit your parameters. The good thing is the more you rule out the closer you get.
