My wife punishes me with exercise. We both work from home and I have a pretty flexible schedule, but Friday afternoon and Sundays are her relaxing days. Last week, Sunday, I was made to walk on a treadmill for hours but at a pace of 1 mph. It was almost unbearable, so boring. She injured her knee last week and stayed in bed all day yesterday. Not sure if you have administered the punishment yet but if not here goes.
Find a jigsaw with the largest amount of pieces going, and put it in a room you don't generally use much , Let him know he will stay in chastity until it is completed but he can only do it in his own spare time, so if he has chores etc to do they get done first, don't let him stay up extra late and set your own rules around when he can do it.
Have him do it on the floor, it is a punishment that will take a while, he will be bored by it but it will give him time to think about what he did wrong, he will be away from you which chances are he will hate, and you can inspect his progress at any point, be fair and give him a chance to complete in a reasonable time but in order to complete he has to do the time grounded in effect to complete something he would rather not be doing

I have made them. She can use you as foot rest or a side table. humbler, corset, stockings and ballet heels for starters and you are going no where. There are a bunch of options that you can add to this set up.

I don't know if the original poster is even monitoring this anymore, but I'll toss out another suggestion. Make him get a piercing and keep him locked up for a long time. 6 months or more. Bad idea, if he drinks it too fast. Drinking only one gallon within an hour can lead to water intoxication; the kidneys can only flush out about 1L per hour. As weird as it sounds, drinking too much water can kill you (if you do it too fast).
