The only true solution i would say is no orgasms for you. But if your KH does give you an orgasm, i would say the quickest way to a subserviant husband would be a heavier than normal dose of T&d in the days following your orgasm.

I am personally only allowed an orgasm every 5-6 months, but when i get orgasms, i have the same problem.

 

Actually, now that it's been a while, I don't really have the desire to. Nothing compares to my Goddess. But if they are infrequent enough, just One orgasm isn’t enough to break me out of my submissive headspace.
