and you may not be able to drive to your storage unit if your country's lock-down get too severe

 

Fill 3gallon pail half full of water and put in freezer when mostly frozen add keys fill pail the rest of the way with water and refreeze until completely frozen once removed u either have to wait until thawed or chip out the keys either way u won't b getting at them easily

 

I came up with a delaying tactic. Go to the edge of a pond, close your eyes and throw both keys as far as possible. Return home.

 

i keep my keys in storage unit. it is located where i used to live so it is a distance away. i keep it there since the storage fee rate is low. been wearing full belt going on two weeks now.

 

Buy a Kitchen Safe and set for ten days then take out batteries. Take Safe to storage unit so you have a 10 day wait once you put the batteries back in!

Do you need to wait for the pond to thaw out?

 

Lol, you could always put them on a fishing line then throw in the pond before it freezes over.

 

And maybe your key get lost in the mail ;-).
