My Wife/Mistress just giggled and pointed out that I no longer have 2 visible testicals. I have one big orange shaped and sized sack hanging under me caged weenie. My balls are so full they have morphed into one big sack. I can't remember the last time She allowed me to cum. We have had sex with numbing cream and condoms a few times in the last six months but I have had no release, She loves the way I treat her when I don't get to cum. Should i be concerned with my the size of my .......ball?

Of course you should be concerned. Contrary to popular male belief, not cumming doesn’t make your balls swell.

It could well be a hydrocele
    https://patient.info/health/hydrocele-in-adults or even a varicocele.

    Get it checked out.

it's what's known as fluid retention.
As Carrie mentioned, absolutely nothing to do with your balls.

The movement of Interstitial fluid has been restricted by your base ring.
It's very commonplace where balltrap devices are concerned.
It is possible that your body will adapt to it over time and it will ease or that it will simply continue to be swollen.
A larger diameter ring would ease the swelling.

A handy way to check for water is to use a small torch and shine it from behind your sac. If there’s water the light will come through. If not it may be something else.

Either way, always be careful with your body, get it checked and probably increase your ring size for future use, as suggested.

Couldn't this also be attributed to the gap between the cage and ring? I'm wearing the CB-6000S and started with the largest ring and spacer. I didn't develop any swelling of my scrotum until I switched to the smallest spacer. I've since switched tio a larger spacer to alleviate the problem.

She might allow you some pegging or milking to see if that brings gets you closer to normal. No real sexual pleasure per say. Just a bit of fluid release.

Thanks for the advice. I should have mentioned that there is no redness or pain. The swelling I am talking about is my balls just appear more full and heavier.

Absolutely, trust the squirrel with the big balls on this one... but, why not just take the cage off for a couple hours at least? You will both know pretty immediately if it is just a poor sized cage!

[ since it has been a couple days... what is the current state of ball-ffairs? ]

As above take it off don't take chances with your health.
Leave it off until things get back to normal then try again maybe with a larger ring.

When I start prolonged lockups right around the two week mark my balls will swell a bit. Generally they go back down and normalize after a certain point but I've noticed that the swelling will come and go.
