    Hi, it would be interesting to know whether any of you experience this, I’ve read in several areas that prolonged periods of time without a release can result in the spontaneous emptying of the prostate (cum) without any form of physical stimulation... whether you’re caged or not... this still can happen?

    I’m curious to know whether any of you experienced ethos, and how? And whether you’re hard or thinking of something sexy... how long until this happens...

    You need some type of stimulation I would imagine even if you are super into the mood.

    I’ve been in 99% permanent chastity for 5 years. If I’m lucky my wife releases me 2-3 times a year. She prefers the strap on. Sometimes I have wet dreams which make me feel like teenager again.

    I often get discharge without stimulation when I have a bowel movement, I put it down to the build up of fluid and the prostate being located where it is!
