    This is the one She bought. She liked th idea of being able to restrict the touching and the teasing to just the glans.
    But, we did have to take the spike ring out, I tend to expand, and stay expanded, during most of the day.
    It was just plain uncomfortable with the ring, so now She likes to have wear this as the "dressy device".

    Recently a KTB with a larger diameter was added for those more endowed.....

    Alas I have had to get a new device as the original one I had started to fall apart, but it was my favourite device. And also rather beautiful.
