The last pic you posted (full cage) is the one I've been wearing 24/7 since 8/15/20. Where I ordered it from (oxy-shop.com) called it an NC03. (I was wearing a Holy Trainer 24/7 from 4/10/20 until then.) I was absolutely amazed at how comfortable this spiked cage was to wear WITHOUT the spikes. It's definitely heavier than the HT, so it's more of a constant reminder that it's there. Hence it replaced my Holy Trainers as THE 24/7 device. Wifely likes it as she feels the steel implies a stronger chastity cage that would be harder to "break out of" should I ever try (for some reason?).

Most of the time the screws are removed, unless my Lovely Wife & Keyholder decides I need to be punished. Then She'll screw in any number of the points and proceed to tease the heck out of me. Oddly, I've found that with too many screws inserted, it actually reduces the intensity of the points, so more is not necessarily better. Four or five points generally seems to be the most which creates the desire effect for me.

Sometimes She'll leave one or two screws in for several days. This gets to be surprisingly painful, because over time, those one or two contact points start creating wear spots on my cock which just continue to get more sensitive as time goes on. I've used one before. You can set for different levels of tightness around your shaft. It works best to be fairly snug, but cleaning & drying under the band was not the easiest for me. I don't think I ever used it for more than a day or 2 at a time, but it is quite effective to discourage erections. Try gluing 30 or 40 thumbtacks (the flat kind) between two thin pieces of cloth and using it to line your own favorite jock or cup.
