I feel like the period right after the initial rush is the worst time in a period of chastity. Anything longer than a day or two but shorter than a week is flat out awful.

The longest I have gone without a orgasm is 31 days. Caged and teased for that long really messes with my head. My Wife(KH) gets me so close to thinking she is going to let me cum and then nothing. A problem I read here frequently is the usage of the phrase "permanent chastity". It's intangible and unrealistic for us and seems to defeat the KH power. The term that describes our arrangement is "indefinitely". It carries with it a lot of power. She decides if I ever am allowed an orgasm... that could be many months away or never, there's no knowing and no benefit to fantasize about it.
She has cancelled my orgasms until further notice and it works remarkably well.
She may let me have one just to show how much control she really has. Permanent does not give the same dynamic.
She also doesn't want to be burdened with scheduled release or keeping track.
It's all about her daily orgasms and my denial of such.
I might add that I am totally on board staying denied indefinitely and am completely committed to abstaining and avoiding accidentally coming. We both deserve my undivided attention.
