Snipped 12 years ago shortly after we'd married. She was divorced and had hers tied before we'd ever met as well...so she was obviously serious about no children. For me the way things have evolved if it was like things are now back then for me it wouldn't have mattered

 

Would love to be castrated but concerned about weight gain and other side effects. Did you have anything like that?

Snipping shouldn’t really do that. If so, it suggests that something went wrong during the procedure. Of course, if you are locked (like most of us here) the size of your erections may not matter. Other possibilities include age, weight gain, some medications. I’m not as big as I once was, but have not been snipped. I got fat and started using blood pressure meds.

It makes no difference to your physical desire, nothing changes except that sperm can no longer find their way out. They're still being produced, they just get reabsorbed by the body, and they're only a small fraction of your ejaculate, most of it is produced by the prostate which isn't affected. In most ways it makes no difference to your desires or sex at all.

If there is a difference it's mental, mostly you're just much more relaxed because being committed enough in the first place to actually go through the procedure, you never have to worry about birth control again. (at least you don't, she might!)

PS, I was snipped long before I started chastity, so looking back I know it was nothing like the changes that chastity can produce.

 

At 58, I'm still intact. When I met my Wife(KH) she had already had a child and didn't want anymore. We looked into having a child, but the risks were too high for my Wife because of her age...So me being snipped or not wasn't a problem...

I was fixed in 2002, my idea although we were told more kids would be serious for her, our last was a risk. No need for the snip here. I had an operation years ago where the side effects were i could have dry ejaculation, which basically means i get all the sensation of cumming but no mess.
