I get erection 1-3 times a night. When this happens the pressure in my caged parts is enormous and I wake up. I must admit I like the sensation. Troubled is it takes my a while to "deflate" and even longer to fall asleep again. So my sleep, at least so far after just 5 days of being locked , is disturbed and I feel a little foggy at work. I'm just wondering from your experience how you cope with that and what to expect is my chastity time becomes weeks and monrh? I'm not looking for a "fix" , just for some insight from experiences.
i have those 'wake up' erections whether i'm caged or not. Just can't play with them when i'm under control. you'll adjust.
it normally takes me a couple of months of full time wear to acclimatize. After which erections become insignificant. or not troublesome at least. My understanding is that it's different for everyone. Stay locked and dont give up !
well it rigt that it go away a bit after you been locked up for ages and ages but it migt still come back sometimes. if you has pills from the gt clinic then it dont happen no more.
Also: Make sure to empty your bladder completely before going to bed / any time you wake up aroused. Just lying there and thinking about it only causes it to last longer!
I only recently managed to sleep locked. It took me about 9 weeks. Prior to that I had to remove the cage because the pain was just to great. The pain still wakes me up from time to time. But now I go to the bathroom, throw cold water on my penis while caged, and manage to pee. This procedure really alleviates the pain. Long story short, it takes time for you to get used to the cage while sleeping. So take it slowly bc eventually you will adjust.
My advice is similar to others (peeing really helps me and also splashing cold water on the cage if it's really tight) but I would add that it might be related to the size of your device. It could be a little too big, meaning there's too much room to grow overnight. Your tip should just be gently resting at the end of the cage when completely soft. If it is already, then it just takes some time. Even now with a really well fitting cage, sometimes I sleep through the night, sometimes I wake up once. It's a bit random. You will get use to it and should eventually get enough sleep not to keep feeling foggy.
