Started my chastity journey with a cb device, then progressed to a Holy Trainer and now about to order a Cherry keeper and could do with some help with sizing....

The cages are pretty easy to size, but the ring/rings is a bit trickier!

Current ring size with HT is 36 which is the smallest ring they do, but I can get my little finger pretty much all the way through, so def think I could go smaller. I was thinking of ordering a few different rings but not sure where to start with all the options!

Only issue I have with HT is that I sometimes get a burning/pinching sensation on the bottom of my balls. Which is why I want to try CK to get an even better fit!

I’d welcome suggestions for ring type and sizes??

    Thanks

The base ring is the most important thing to size correctly.
As long as the cage is not longer than your flaccid length, the length of the cage is almost irrelevant.

The best rings for comfort are a solid ring, not a hinged one. Hinges often snag hairs and pinch skin. Also a thicker gauge of ring will be more comfortable than a thin one, thin rings create more point pressure, but you don't often get a choice of ring thickness, more often with custom devices than off the shelf ones. Note also that two rings of the same internal diameter but made of different thickness can be quite different when you wear them.

To get the correct base ring size, try wearing just the ring, all day and all night for a couple of days. If it falls off, it's too big, if it hurts, it's too small. If neither, try a smaller ring for the next couple of days, until you find the smallest ring that you can wear continually without any discomfort. It can be surprising but Just a couple of millimetres difference in diameter can make a huge difference in wearability.

@IAmAntho shared with me that he brushed up his geometry skills to compare areas of round and oval rings. This is quite interesting and since I am still tweaking my own fitting efforts here's some numbers:

    Oval 51x42mm = 1682
    Rond 48mm = 1809
    Oval 53x48mm = 1998 Gap Standard 18.2mm
    Oval 52x50mm = 2042
    Oval 53x50mm = 2081
    Rond 52mm -12°= 2123 Gap Standard 12.8 mm, Short 10.1mm
    Oval 55x50mm = 2159
    Rond 53mm = 2206 Gap Standard 22.4mm (-5° = 18.1mm Standard, 16.9mm Short)

For example, I am quite comfortable with 53mm round but ball gap needs to be reduced due to a retracting ball in some circumstances. This problem is much less important with the Oval 53x48mm, but look at the area difference, almost 10%! So maybe I should instead work on the angle to close the gap and go for a slightly smaller ring, like 52mm which barely changes total area.

    Math is cool! :)

I do like that the CK comes with ring sizes that can go down by a mm. I find 45 is too big and 40 too small, so most inexpensive options don't fit correctly. With CK, i can go down to 44 or 43, a step at a time to get best fit.

similar problem here. way too much possibilites.
wearing ht4 nub with 40mm (i guess wide) oval ring. 44mm ring is more tall oval and feels too big. can pull out everything.
i like the double ring design to reduce pressure. not sure if 43x38 or 45x40 would be the better choice. don't even know if you can compare these measurements from one device to another.

i guess i would try the small size or the standard. however there are so many choices small-medium; small-large, ... with or without headlock. no idea about the difference between headlock and normal? these options are awesome as well as frightening. not even 100% sure if i am measuring correctly and how these numbers correspond to the different sizes and calculations. :-(

The bottom line is that chastity device sizing is like clothes and shoe sizing.
A tape measure will get you in the right ballpark (to coin a phrase) but the final fit will always come down to trying it on and seeing if it's comfortable

A 5mm diameter difference is quite a difference in cross section area.
40mm diameter is 1256 mm sq.
45mm diameter is 1590 mm sq.
    That's a 1 to 1.26 ratio, huge!

Looking at getting a CK that I can wear permanently. I’ve always had problems with pull out, inverting, even with the HT nub.

Will the CK head lock work on uncut?
