    I see that chastity is mentioned mostly as a part of CBT play. Still the two Cosmo articles are encouraging.

    Just as there were ..and still are guys who are not necessarily violent or particulalry over top that ran their relationship nad their home an family from very partriarchal persepective. One time up to quite recently a more or less expected thing.. MAN of the household stuff

    There are relationships today as there have always been that are undoubtedly Female Led, there is nothing new about the matriarchal society, with a woman or women that led through personality alone. Prior to the discovery that woman was not the giver of life, as far as we know matriarchial societies were we believe the norm. The power of the Earth Mother and her chosen deciples was irrefutable.

    In both cases they were just the way things were/are sex not really being ( openly) a part of the dynamic.

    We sometimes mistakenly ascribe or associate sex with words like dominant or submissive where there is no reason to do so.

    But all very much inthe mainstream regardless of any sexual connotations.

    There was a mini series sort of documentary called Kink. Most of the subject matter was in Toronto Canada. It is an enticing expose on many facets of BDSM.

    In an episode of Marco Polo, a woman used a strap on on a guy. Was surprised, I didn’t realize exactly what was going on until they started. Was basically leather bands wrapped around her midsection and it was left to the imagination of the phallus that was tied there.

    Saw an intriguing hint on one of the recent news talk programs in US. A commentator, a lovely young, African-American lady, clearly had a Chasity lock type key on a chain around her neck. She had some very interesting and informative comments, but i found it hard to focus on anything but whether the key really meant what I thought it did.
