Well.. My feelings are that it is probably a good aid to submission. You need to choose between the orgasm, and knowing that you will HAVE to eat the cum. Perhaps it will remind you that you shouldn't be orgasming anyway, and you should be focusing on your mistress's pleasure. Alternatively, if she gets a lot of pleasure from making you eat your cum, then you can feel free to orgasm, but you will always have to clean up.
