    I think it’s a good idea as it’s always a good idea to keep in shape, maybe when you hit certain markers you could be allowed some teasing. But I am sub so I would think it’s a good idea! Maybe have to get a few Dom’s opinions on it!

    can not imagine letting our puck get out of shape in the first place. she is weighed each morning and punished if she is two tenth of a pound over her set limit. forget a reward you should be severely punish for letting your queen's property be in such poor condition. punished daily until you are in perfect shape. that will be all the motivation needed.

    My wife insists that i maintain my weight and keep slim.. she loves glancing at a nude, fit and chaste sub-hubbie… i go to the gym 2-3x/week.. its one of the very errands out of the house that i cherish besides picking up groceries.. yes, the cage is not an obstruction for most workouts.. except deadlift, you dont want the bar to drag the cage and your package down in a thud..

    I’ve asked my Wife to encourage me to make sure I exercise at least 3-4 times a week. I’m usually good about it, but figured some extra motivation from her canes & tawse would help me stay focused.
    Having teasing or a release canceled due to not meeting exercise goals would be a great next step…..but I’m not ready to go that far yet lol

    I've not had a problem deadlifting in my cage, usually locks out just below

    My Mistress and I started our journey by her helping me lose weight. I was rewarded (usually by being unlocked and allowed to cum) by making my target weight, at first bi-weekly and later on monthly.

    I’ve lost 35 lbs so far. With a long term goal of losing another 15-20

    we go 3 X a week too for an hour and half actual workout too, followed by a 20 minute sauna. Like to get it out of the way early, so we get there at 5:30 am. We both feel better for it, and certainly look better. I can still wear everything I had when I went to college.
