A ruined orgasm is a technique where by you cum but do not orgasm. In order to achieve this a dominant usually stops right before the point you would usually reach orgasm, which results in cum dribbling out after the stimulation has stopped and the feeling that you are going to orgasm has subsided. timing is important though and it can take a while to master. There are other techniques which can be used to produce the same results, you should be able to find a lot more information on google and I'm sure some one else will post with links or more information.
