    We are looking at ordering from Rigid, any experience? Thoughts? Reviews?

    i cant speak personally, though I do own one of their devices which I got used. Great device by the way. The problem I have heard with them is not communicating with customers. that they re really bad at it. So take that into consideration. They do deliver though and i have heard about 4 months is when you will receive the device.

    Was was the fit between the base ring and the cage/key area? I ask because the cheaper model I got, as a test before spending the big bucks, gave some pinches here and there due to a loose fit.

    It was the standard 10mm but if I was to do it again I would tell him to make it longer...balls are pressed into the cage due to the small gap.

    I have a halfshel. It had to be altered so I had to send it back

    Communication is bad. I think they must run everything through a translator to reply to emails. Tounmust be clear with them to avoid any misunderstanding.

    although ive has email reply’s in the same dayb before.

    Great chastity devices, poor communication though. Still worth buying, just be paitient
