Is anyone able to ride a bike while locked in a BB belt? If so, how?!

I can't use the cage as my scrotum is too big (they hang low anyway, and just fall out), so my balls hang free. That's fine most of the time, but while on my bike they were getting squashed against the penis tube.

It was really uncomfortable and there's no way I'll be able to do it in future.

I tried using my turbo trainer during last years COVID lockdown while locked in my BB belt. It was not successful as the ridged cage and belt impeded my cycling motion. It was much more comfortable in a CB style ball trap device.

I think it is a no-go, I have the sissy belt and that is about the one thing I cannot do. If I take off the front shield, it is okay but not for more than an hour. It just does not sit right

You need a saddle with a center cutout.

I have 2; a generic one on an old steel frame bike and a Selle SMP Trk for my road bike. The TRK has a ce tee cutout, and the nose has a downward sweep giving it an eagle beak look. Super comfortable on longer rides, although 20, maybe 25 miles is my upper limit because I will start chafing.
